Welcome to Strength & Soul! You are now a Watermelon Warrior. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Initial Consultation Call: We’ll kick things off with a goal-mapping consultation, Romana will be in touch to organise that, please fill out the form ahead of time.

  • Tailored Strength Training Workouts: Enjoy 2-3 (or more!) customised workouts each week.

  • Step Challenges: Fun, engaging challenges to keep you motivated.

  • Weekly Yoga & Meditation: Join the group every Wednesday at 8 am BST (replays available).

  • Monthly 1:1 Check-Ins: Receive regular emails and Zoom check-ins to stay on track, along with a monthly 20-minute call to discuss progress and address questions.

  • Community Support: Connect with the Watermelon Warrior community on WhatsApp and Instagram.

  • Wellness Tracking Tools: Utilise our accountability resources to build and sustain healthy habits.
