Hi, I'm Romana!
I studied and qualified as Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at the Elite Performance and Fitness Academy and as a Yoga Teacher with Himalaya Yoga Valley.
An enthusiastic trainer, I have an extensive sports background –including athletics, dance, yoga, strength training, running and kick boxing. I grew up surrounding myself with exercise, well-being and good food. It's my dream to bring this knowledge and experience to the world as I continue on this journey.
My guiding principle is that we never stop finding ways to nurture our long-term health. When we work with our bodies and start to see our inherent limitless possibilities, we open ourselves to a realm of exciting new opportunities.

When all the world was shut down, and in chaos, Romana kept me in check. With her daily rooftop workouts, and then her highly personalized program, she has kept me fit for these months away from a gym and pool. She has always gone above and beyond for me - on hand to answer any questions, educating me on all aspects of fitness I didn't know about, and pushing me to safely break my limitations. She believes in you. And I'm not an easy client - trying to gain serious muscle mass with my crazy fast metabolism, all while not letting cardio slacken as I needed to maintain my stamina for those long days on set. I worked with Romana over a period of four months, through one-on-one sessions and I have to say, I found her absolutely terrific.
