We will provide a delicious lunch and treats :)
All you have to bring is a notebook and pen, water and comfy, cosy clothes.
We will take care of everything else. Please let us know if you have any injuries or movement impediments and fill out the form above before participating.
There will be lots to look forward to on the day - yoga classes, breath-work, journaling, delicious food, relaxation and meditation.
This special day will be your safe space to explore, reflect, move your body and nourish your mind. At the same time, supported by a wonderful group.
We will bloom into spring with strength, community, peace, grounding and gratitude.
