Low Impact, Follow Along HIIT. Perfect for BEGINNERS!

This HIIT routine is perfect if you're a beginner or if you're looking for a low intensity workout that will still get you sweating. This session is also low in impact so it's great if you have any injuries and are slowly getting back to moving. Let me know how you find it if you try it.

TOP TIP: Don't forget to warm up and cool down!
