Fearless February

Hello Watermelon Lovers,

February is upon us.

If you follow my Instagram @watermelon_fitness_official you’ve seen my February calendar.

The aim is to outline our fears, starting with jotting them down, pen on paper.

Journaling is one of the habits I have developed over the last two years that has changed my life.

Through journaling, yoga poses, kindness, movement and more we will have a little activity to do every day.

There is no pressure, each day is an open invitation you can choose to get on board with.

Let me know if you try it.
