Watermelon Weekly Wrap #9

Hello Warriors,
Happy New Week!

This week is looking pretty mental for me but I am so looking forward to a weekend in Dublin…

Perhaps for next week’s highlights I can include some Dublin adventures!

EXPERIENCING

Yesterday I took the day to rest and I am so happy I did.

Still working on allowing rest to happen without feeling guilt.

I was clearing my screenshots and this just came at the perfect time.

On Tuesday we started

YOGA FOR INNER KNOWING

tomorrow 8 am, we’ve got our second session

Thanks to all the Yogi Warriors who joined…. You can still join for the remaining 5 sessions if you wish and I can send you the recording for the first one you missed :)

LISTENING

I got a lot out of this podcast. Joseph Goldstein is a real pioneer in meditation. Loving his book “Mindfulness” too.

TASTING

Another week of lovely food, more home-made this week… Here are some highlights below:

1) Melanzane alla Parmigiana I made

2) Lemon Cake I made Sunday (if you want the recipe I can share :))

3) Booja Booja Vegan Ice-Cream - really delish!

GRATITUDE

On Saturday, Tim and I met our friends in London Fields, the sun was BEAUTIFUL and so was the food.

Grateful to have wonderful people in my life who relax me and bring me so much joy.

In my absolute element! Big thanks to my friend Holly for the hat :)))

READING

Read a lot of “Mindfulness” by Joseph Goldstein this week. Have been taking my time with it. His insights into meditation and Buddhist practice are remarkably simple and yet take so much time to implement.

Practice, Practice, Practice… I keep telling myself.

PIECE OF THE WEEK
