EXPERIENCING
Yesterday (Sunday 8th), Tim and I cycled from Shoreditch to Twickenham.
We saw so many hidden gems along the way and stopped off at this cute cafè on Church Road called Snax. Highly reccomend the veggie Quiche and the Orange and Polenta cake, you get a huuuge slice.
Just what we needed after more than 25 km! We went all along the scenic river route so took longer but so worth it!
On Sunday I went back to assist Darvina Plante’s class - huge thanks to Darv for allowing me into her space.
She teaches inversions at Triyoga in Shoreditch.

Another week of lovely food, here are some highlights below

3) Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel at my favourite Happening Bagel Bakery
GRATITUDE
On Saturday I met my friend Claire and we went to the Yayoi Kusama exhibit at the Tate.
A feast for the senses, an infinite play of light and dark.
I am grateful for Claire and her beautiful spirit, I am grateful for the art we experienced.

I didn’t get much of a chance to read this week (too much experiencing LOL)
