Overnight Oats

The simplest, healthiest, on-the-go breakfast!

Overnight oats are amazing, they are so versatile.

Just pop the oats and the liquid into a container and then pimp to your choosing! I love adding some sweetness with some chocolate and honey, adding fruit for the vitamins and some form of nut butter for healthy fats.

In this recipe, I’ve gone with these ingredients:

40 g of Oats

1 peach

2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)

3 tbsp Soy Almond Yogurt

Drizzle of Hazelnut Butter

Handful of Blueberries

METHOD

The night before you would like to have your oats, grab a jar and fill it with the oats, cover them with the cocoa powder and the milk, add in the chopped peach or any fruit of choice, add on the yogurt, I love Alpro Soy Yogurt or Fage 0% and then top it all off with blueberries and drizzle of honey if you’d like some extra sweetness. You could also add walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts or even some Chia seeds. I also love hazelnut butter to top it all off. Experiment as much as you can, the options are endless! Play around with it and find the combination you love the most…
