Choc Chip High Protein Pancakes!
CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN PANCAKES
These pancakes are so delicious! My sister Palma came up with this recipe and she's kindly shared it with me and you🧡
They're also packed with nutritious ingredients, they're high in protein and are super easy to make 😻
INGREDIENTS (serves 2) PROTEIN 43 g
60 g Chocolate Protein Powder
80 g Grounded Oats
15 g Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
100 g Soya Yogurt
20 g Chocolate Chips
140 g Egg Whites (Whisked until Stiff)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
200 ml Oat Milk
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients then add in yogurt & milk.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Gently fold in the egg whites.
Cook in a non-stick pan with minimal oil (olive oil or coconut)
Serve with maple syrup or any lower calorie syrup, blueberries on any fruit of choice!
