Watermelons in December? Yes please!

Let us finish this year with juicy positive vibes with this little challenge.

Challenge might not even be the right word, itโ€™s an invitation to join the watermelon fitness community, to feel close to each other and bring the year to a close with kindness, affirmations, mini strength challenges, without forgetting the fun stuff!

Not only that, if youโ€™re looking to start your 2020 with power and structure, taking part in this #DecemberWatermelon calendar is perfect for you because if you enter, you will be in for the chance to win a free tailored 6-week programme starting with #WatermelonFit in January 2021.

We all know we need that good start next year ๐Ÿ˜…

This programme could be strength training, yoga or mobility or even a mix of all three - goal depending.

The programme will be totally unique to you, you fitness level, availability your requirements.

How to enter the challenge? Itโ€™s simple.

All you have to do is, take part in at least one or more of the challenges, add a picture of you partaking in the daily activity or share a picture of the calendar (youโ€™ll find it on my Instagram as a post) as a post. Remember to tag my Instagram handle @Watermelon_Fitness_Official and hashtag #DecemberWatermelon so we can record your entry. Even if you just enter once, youโ€™ll be entered into the competition and will be in for a chance to win that programme!
