NEW Online Beginner Programme :)
Hi Warriors,
This is my first time writing a blogpost in a loooong time.
I am excited to restart this!
I journal a lot on paper, inspired by the book “The Artist’s Way”.
This entry is all about my invitation for YOU to join my new beginner fitness programme.
Not only for beginners, this programme is also suitable for re-starters and intermediates and ideal for those slowly easing themselves back in after an injury.
The programme will start on the 21st March however it is an online programme, you will be able to complete the workouts whenever you wish.
For this new #thebeginnerpro will need a yoga mat, comfy clothing, runners, dumbbells x2 and a kettlebell if possible. The way some people got creative when I first launched my live videos back in 2019 really inspired me so use a backpack or bottles of water as makeshift weights if necessary.
You will receive three strength workout plans every week for six weeks and each session will build in greater difficulty implementing “progressive overload” (more on that in another blogpost).
