THE SEVENTH CHAKRA - Sahasrara (Crown Chakra)

This Chakra represents our highest potential and is located at the crown of the head.

This centre relates to the divine and the oneness of the universe.

In harmony with this centre, we experience a sense of unity with the world and a connection to the divine energy that brings together all life.

On a physical level, this Chakra relates to the brain and the area above the crown of our head, radiating upwards.

The 7th Chakra can present in the emotional body as complete alignment with all beings and all things.

When our Third Eye Energy Centre is in excess, we may experience egotism and a sense that we know better than others because we feel “spiritually superior”. If under-active we can feel isolated, lonely, confused and disconnected with the universe.

When is is closed off, one could feel confusion, a lack of connection to the world, hyper spiritualisation, poor mental functioning.

When we are in harmony with this centre, we experience “super consciousness” a state of utter contentment.
