LISTENING
I went to All Points East Festival on Saturday, so many amazing acts! A new discovery was Mura Masa. Beautiful music and performances and it felt like the women performing were so confident and proud of their bodies and I loved that.
GRATITUDE
Grateful to have my wonderful friend over. Once again I am reminded of the power of friendship. The last few weeks have felt a bit chaotic... Roisin is a gift of a friend; she listens with her heart, without judgment, she supports me, she inspires me and it has been great to catch up with her.
She came all the way from Rome and joined us for All Points East. Ti voglio bene amica <3
I am so excited to be running my first retreat with my wonderful friend Holly.
