EXPERIENCING
I am loving the cherry blossom in London especially in Islington and Hackney :)
On Tuesday I went to a full moon ritual with my friend Holly and Sophie led by The Prana Space in Stratford. Vaida and Anna held the space in a very sacred and profound way.
It was beautiful - a group of women sharing and listening, moving, meditating and flowing together.
LISTENING
Loved listening to this podcast S13, Ep1 How To Fail: Brené Brown
Elizabeth Day and Brené Brown are full of wisdom, beautifully eloquent and smart.
I also listened to this Ted Talk about Relationships by Stan Tatkin “Relationships Are Hard. But Why?”
“Our major job is to protect each other and make each other feel safe” I recommend listening.
TASTING
GRATITUDE
Feeling so much gratitude for the cherry blossom and the spring colours.
The Easter break.
I hold so much gratitude in my heart for my friends and the conversations I have with them.

Thankful for this cute Irish Easter bunny lovely Rita in work gave me, how cute?
NOTICING
On Saturday, I went back to Hackney City Farm, I didn’t realise there were so many different animals there (not just the Goats I included in WWW 3)! It was so wholesome and cute. Highlight being the children repeatedly signing “Old McDonald Had a Farm” and making all the animal noises, whilst I wandered childrenless, just as excited as them. Haha!
