Introducing Yoga for Transitions!

I am excited to invite you to my latest 6 week Yoga Course! 🙏 

Yoga for Transitions
Beginning Monday 11th January on Zoom at 6:30 PM GMT (Irish / UK time)

Who is the course for?
Everyone is welcome.
This course is particularly designed for transitions, emphasising and exploring the space between.
These yoga sessions are specifically aimed for creatives - artists, poets, theatre folk, chefs, photographers, actors, painters - if you doubt that this course is for you, believe me, we all have creative energy waiting to be released into the universe.

What will we be aiming for during these sessions?

Through the yoga practice, breath work (pranayama), chanting, meditation and some journaling, we will begin to observe and uncover any tension and blocks in the body and mind, we will leave behind fears, anxiety, procrastination and instead delve into our deepest dreams and desires for creation. For the final sessions, we will start to generate and release energy, focusing in particular on the solar plexus chakra, the centre for creativity, connecting deeply to our creative fire.

What if we surrendered to the freedom of letting go, what are the possibilities of our truest sense of being?

My hope is that as we transition to the new phase of life, no matter what it ends up looking like, (when touch and social contact in person is allowed again), that we will do so with a renewed awareness of ourselves; carrying a strong sense of who we have become, along with love and compassion for ourselves and each other. We will enter this "new world" with focus and attention and freedom without attachment.

The investment is €40 for the entire course - 6 classes, 6 weeks - every Monday night.
If you miss a class, you will be sent the recording so you can catch up.
